Every year Accenture's Fjord Trends provides insights into emerging trends in business, technology & design focused on meeting human needs.

Fjord Trends 2022, our 15th edition of trends with a human lens, is our annual set of predictions of what we expect will impact business and society in the year ahead. An exploration of opportunities, we examine the changes thrust upon us, the innovations we’ve seen emerge, & reflect on how to move forward.

As a trend ambassador, I gather information from our local team and work together with fellow ambassadors from other studios to connect signals and patterns that are used to shape Fjord's trend report each year.
As soon as trends are launched, I work with the ambassador team spreading the trends through our networks and presenting them to customers to inspire them and set a path for the future together.
