Colombia and Argentina have their own food recipes that adapt and transform across every decade and different cultures. Nowadays, there is a focus on sustainable, healthy, and stylish food inside the classical and traditional dishes.
This atlas is the story of our roots. It is a story behind Colombian and Argentinian cuisine. A story about differences and similarities, about how traditions are evolving into modern recipes, and how our society is changing and developing new food concepts. It is a story about food, people, places, and objects that play a fundamental role in the Colombian-Argentinian kitchen.
