FORM is Accenture's framework for innovation. Created in collaboration with experts across the business, the FORM Iterative Approach provides a common language for how to innovate as One Accenture.
About my role
Our product team consisted of two service & interaction designers, one visual designer, three developers, and one product manager.
Our role was to understand the essence of FORM in the context of One Accenture. Reveal unique insights to create a usable interface that could be universally adopted across the firm. Evolve people’s experiences on the FORM website and leverage technology to give our people superpowers.
My role included the following activities:
- Conducting research with people, teams & stakeholders. Learn about current ways of working and how FORM can be universally adopted across the company.
- Uncover valuable and unique insights from the research. Make sense of all the knowledge gathered and translate it into actionable steps.
- Synthesis of the research findings into research themes and design principles that help the team keep the research alive in the remaining phases and in future concepts.
- Translate research findings into design concepts and prototypes guided by the design principles.
- Develop, test, and validate Future of FORM assumptions and concepts.
- Define and iterate the guided, intelligent FORM experience of the future.
- Collaborative work within agile processes with the team and developers.
